Silicon wafer crack detection system
The MVC Wafer Crack Inspection System uses infrared to inspect raw wafers for micro-cracks or other quality problems. The system includes a specially configured line scan camera with 4096 (4k) pixels. Thanks to the use of a dedicated near-infrared (NIR) LED illuminator, specially configured and highly sensitive line scan cameras, and sophisticated analysis and classification of defects, the system can reliably inspect wafers for 3600 wafers/h of work Microcracks.

Cell front and back defect detection and color sorting
Cell Defect and Color Sorter A refurbished version of the vision system with color line scan camera specifically designed for high performance cell sorting. It combines high-resolution, flawless color imaging with print performance inspection as an alternative to having two camera inspection stations. This version is integrated in the battery tester and only takes up one camera mount. It includes the following components: 4x line 4096 (4k) pixel line scan cameras (red, green, blue and grayscale (black and white)); focused white LED lighting module and backside illumination.
This state-of-the-art custom 4-line color scanning camera accurately analyzes print quality and shape in the micrometer range, as well as color features and color defects/deviations. 3 of the 4 linear photosensitive units are equipped with color filters to facilitate the acquisition of 3×16 megapixel color frame images. The fourth photosensitive unit (black and white) is specially adapted to the high contrast ratio of silver paste printing. This outstanding performance enables very powerful color sorting and detection of surface defects as well as very sensitive measurement of screen-printed deviations and broken bars.
It has been proved by practice that the use of MVC visual inspection system can fully automate quality inspection and sorting, effectively guarantee the quality of photovoltaic products (reliability rate > 99.8%, false positive rate < 0.2%), greatly save manpower and material resources, reduce production The cost has realized the rapid development of photovoltaic automation equipment.
